At Art Official Idol, student safety is our highest priority. These guidelines explain how we protect students while enabling creative expression through AI-powered tools.

1. Teacher Approval Workflow

Every piece of content created by students goes through a review process before it can be shared or published.

1.1 How It Works

  1. Student Creates: Students use AI tools to create music, art, or other content
  2. Automatic Review: Our AI safety systems automatically flag potentially inappropriate content
  3. Teacher Review: Teachers review all content in their approval queue
  4. Approve, Revise, or Reject: Teachers can approve content, request revisions with feedback, or reject inappropriate submissions
  5. Publication: Only approved content can be shared with classmates or added to portfolios

1.2 Review Timeframes

We encourage teachers to review content within 48 hours. Students can see their pending submissions and will be notified when content is approved or needs revision.

1.3 Draft Mode

Students can save work-in-progress as drafts. Drafts are private to the student and are not subject to the approval workflow until submitted.

2. Content Moderation

2.1 AI Safety Filters

All AI tools on Art Official Idol include built-in safety filters:

  • Input Filtering: Prompts are screened before being processed
